General Terms and Conditions:
- Participation will be confirmed upon receipt of online banking payment slip as proof of full payment OR a copy of the HRDC grant approval.
- Substitution is allowed with notification in writing at least 3 working days prior to the program commencement date.
- Cancellation will be refunded in full less 20% administrative charges provided the cancellation is received in writing at least 2 weeks before the program commencement date.
- If no show/cancellation is received in writing less than 1 week prior to the program commencement date, the Company will not be eligible for any refunds and will carry a 100% liability.
- For Company claiming under HRDC fund, if no show/cancellation is received in writing less than 1 week prior to the program commencement date, the Company will be charged the full Training Fee amount.
- Leaderboard Consulting Sdn Bhd reserves the right to postpone/re-schedule the program due to insufficient enrollment or for any reason.
- While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, please note that the program content, trainer and venue were confirmed at the time of publishing. Leaderboard Consulting Sdn Bhd reserves the right to alter the advertised package if circumstances beyond our control necessitate an alteration to the same.
- Leaderboard Consulting Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of alteration or postponement of the program.
