Important Information
  • Camp Fees include 4 nights' hotel stay, meals (4 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 4 dinners) only. 
  • Please book your own air ticket (recommended) or coach to Penang (2-way).
  • Please ensure that you have a valid passport with expiry date after 20 December 2025.
  • Travel insurance is not included.
  • Limited units for Triple-sharing rooms and Suites. Allocation on a first-come-first-served basis. The camp committee reserves the right to give priority to families with young children or the elderly.
  • If you wish to go earlier or extend your stay in the hotel, you may book the additional night(s) under Section 5 in this form. Payment for  Pre/Post camp stay is to be made directly to the hotel upon arrival.
