This form is set up to help us get people signed up for Toys for Tots events. Please note that some events would have physical demands and we are expected to bring the collected Toys to the warehouse.
** All events require us to be in the MCL Casual attire (Red Blazer) unless its a set up, collection, breakdown event.**
Most roles requires the following physical demands of volunteers with or without a reasonable accommodations:
Lifting objects greater than 30 pounds without aids and using proper lifting techniques.
Must be able to see and hear with aids if necessary.
Required to walk unaided at a normal pace for up to 5 minutes.
