Critical Explorers Summer 2019 Workshop Application
Please answer each question as fully as you can.

Your application will be considered when we receive your deposit check of $95. (Total tuition for each participant includes the $95 deposit plus the balance of $400, which together equal $495.) Please mail your deposit check, made out to Critical Explorers, Inc., to Critical Explorers, P.O. Box 962, Brookline, MA 02446.

We will email you as soon as possible to let you know whether you have been accepted. (Please tell us if you need to know by a particular date.) At that time, either you will pay the balance of $400 or we will refund your deposit.

If you need to cancel: To receive a refund of your deposit and/or tuition, you must let us know by July 1st. We cannot refund workshop deposits or tuition after July 1st.

The workshop will be held August 6th-8th (Tuesday to Thursday), 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., in Cambridge, MA.
