Live Sound Engineer (East)
If selected, the live sound engineer will help set up speakers, microphones, and other gear, assist in running an analog and/or digital mixer for performers, and help take down gear at the end of the east events (some at at Hula Hands in Mountain View and some at the Mountain View Library). This person is required to attend all (or most) of the east open mics, be there early, and stay a few minutes late. This person will also be required to attend one U21 Management Team meeting per quarter. Meeting times/dates ate tbd, depending on the team members' availability/schedules (we will work with you and find times that work for everyone, or most everyone, as best as we can).

This job requires communication and teamwork with the rest of the U21 Management Team. We are looking for someone with good listening skills, who is respectful of all genres of music, and willing to keep a positive attitude even if mistakes are made (they WILL happen! It's all part of the process). Prior experience with sound equipment is preferred, but -not- required. On the job training will be provided! Applicants must be under twenty-one years old.
