Walker Homestead’s Antiques & Primitive Goods Show Contract - September 27, 2025
APPLICATION DUE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1ST TO HOLD YOUR SPOT!

Terms of Contract:
  1. Exhibitors agree to provide a professional display AND A SIGN WITH THEIR BUSINESS NAME ON IT.
  2. NO PACKING UP BEFORE THE END OF THE SHOW!
  3. Set up days are Thursday, September 25, 2025 (1-8) and Friday, September 26, 2025 (8-8). Set up must be complete before the show opens. If rain is in the forecast, feel free to call us if you would like to set up your tent early.
  4. All vehicles must be removed from booth areas into designated dealer parking area by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Please be respectful of others when parking your vehicle. NO VEHICLE IS TO LEAVE PARKING LOT BEFORE 3 PM, and your booth must be packed and ready to load before taking your vehicle out of vendor parking lot. Absolutely no dealer parking in customer parking area.
  5. Booth fee (non-refundable) of $155 single and $240 double (you provide your own tent) or covered $255 (half tent 10x10) and $440 (full tent 10x20) is due with application unless we cancel the show or your application is denied. Your booth fees pay for advertising the show, so receiving them in a timely fashion is greatly appreciated. We are now offering 6' & 8' tables for rent for $15 each. 
  6. The exhibitor will not sublet any part of his/her booth without permission and approval of the show promoters of the additional vendor, who must also complete an application. There will be a limit on shared booths as it takes away from the quality of the show and we reserve the right to refuse any vendor from sharing a booth.
  7. Each booth is allowed one (1) helper – this does not include family members or a vendor who is sharing the booth with you. ALL vendors and helpers MUST have a name tag, so please fill out the appropriate section of the application in advance.
  8. The exhibitor is responsible for his or her own insurance bodily injury, property damage and product coverage. The field will be monitored and secured after set up.
  9. Exhibitors must provide their own tents and tables unless you are renting directly from Walker Homestead. See form for details.
  10. Applications are due by August 1, 2025 in order to hold your spot. We will provide you with postcards to mail and hand out to your customers as well as advertise in various trade publications. We will do a direct mailing to our mailing and e-mail lists.

NEW VENDORS ONLY: please provide us with a description of your display - must be country antiques & primitive goods. Only country antiques and handmade primitive dealers will be accepted and no imports. Please email 4 photos of your booth display with application to info@walkerhomestead.com. This is a juried show and we reserve the right to deny any applicant. We reserve the right to ask any vendor to remove merchandise which we deem to be inappropriate for this show.
