Vendor Application
Each vendor is required to fill out a vendor application. A final decision will be made about each vendor. One table costs $30, if you bring your own table, your spot will be reduced to $25. If you need more than one table/spot you will be charged according to space. Each vendor is also expected to provide a door prize, valued at least $25. It's best if these items come from items you sell. 

Make checks (only) payable to:  Calvary Lutheran Church

Your space for the show will not be reserved until your vendor donation has been received.
