HARVEST FESTIVAL:Date: Saturday, September 23rdHall opens for Vendors: 8amFestival: 10am-4pmCommunity Supper & Music : 6-10pm
SET UP:Friday, September 22nd12-5pm**NOTE all vendors must set up the bulk of their booths on Friday. Your booth must be ready for the public by 9:00 am on Saturday.
FEES: Early discounts for vendors who sign up for booths by June 1st!!!!
ORGANIZATION/BUSINESS• Non-Profit Organizations: $50 (before June 1st) $75 (after September 16th)• For Profit Organizations: $100 (before June 1st) $125 (after September 16th)• Craft Vendors: $100 (before June 1st) $125 (after September 16th)*locally sourced and created handmade crafts, and locally grown foods and food products.
FOOD/PRODUCT• Farm Selling Goods $25 (before June 1st) $50 (after September 16th) • Food Vendor $75 (before June 1st) $100 (after September 16th)**this includes the West Tisbury BOH fee of $50
LIVING LOCAL WILL PROVIDE:•One 8' table•Two Chairs
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING/SUPPLY:•Table cloth•Signage•An Interactive element for your booth.
Living Local is a ZERO WASTE event. Please leave all your plastic bottles and bags at home. All trash you carry in, needs to be carried out...please help us achieve our goal!
