To help organize our department’s EYU efforts, we’d like everyone planning to volunteer at the event to please fill out the form below.  Filling out this form will help us make sure our resources are distributed as efficiently as possible and will also help us keep a record of how many volunteers help out each year (which helps us get funding for future events).

If you have already committed your time to a specific exhibit or activity, please list where you’ll be working.  If you want to help out during the event but don’t have a volunteer assignment yet, fill out the preference form below and we’ll help match you with an activity.  Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific volunteer assignment. The assignments will be made on a first come first served basis, so if you have a strong preference, please sign up as soon as possible! Whether or not you are available to volunteer during the event, please consider volunteering to help with setup (Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning before the event) or cleanup after the event.
