Each field trip is $145 per person, discounts apply when registering for more than one trip. See table below for costs for multiple trips/participants. Please select a payment method (details for payment method will be provided upon submission of this form): *
Cancellation refund policy - Refunds for cancelled booked tours will be made on the following basis: 6 weeks before the booked tour date, 75% refund; 4 weeks before the booked tour date, 50% refund; please note that there is no refund for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the field trip. If you wish to sell your tickets to another participant this is acceptable so long as the organizers are notified with the new participant information. Expenses incurred by the participant for travel and lodging will not be refunded by the tour organizers in the event of cancellation; foul weather will not be cause for cancellation. *
