Reverse Education Feedback

For this year’s feedback, the residents have opted to do purely qualitative feedback to remove the differences in the numeric scale between Reverse Education meetings, and to provide more beneficial information to staff. Please see below for your feedback from the residents:

Suggested items to provide feedback on: clinical teaching (bedside vs chalk talks), involvement in morning report/academic half-days, timeliness/quality of feedback, bedside manner, interactions with patients interactions with residents/support staff, professionalism, approachability, accessibility, mentorship (military vs medical) quality of documentation, use of evidence-based medicine, research activities, and time management.
