PowerPlay's Job Shadow Opportunity Application
PowerPlay NYC is a nonprofit dedicated to advancing the lives of girls helping them grow physically, academically and emotionally stronger. This July, we're rolling out our summer intensive of our leadership academy for high school girls yet again. This year-long youth-development program offers girls opportunities in health and fitness, professional development, leadership support and college and career readiness. Our youth are primarily first-generation college bound, immigrants or recently emigrated, and all are open-minded, ambitious, and passionate young leaders!

As part of our Career Readiness Series during SSLA we'll place our girls in job shadowing roles within organizations and companies around NYC for them to get a glimpse of professional life and try out some of the career readiness skills they've been developing all summer.
