活動簡介：作為香港最具代表性的淡水濕地之一，沙羅洞擁有豐富的生態資源，是蜻蜓及多種昆蟲的重要棲息地，亦見證了曲折的保育歷程。面臨持續的生境威脅及規劃缺失，港大SIEW Lab在CCFS支持下，正探索沙羅洞的保育潛力，推動融合自然保育與多元生態服務的空間構想。本次論壇將透過學術報告、專題討論與實地考察，特邀內地知名專家分享生態保育與鄉村生態旅遊的先進經驗，結合生態保育、人文地景與規劃設計等視角，探討沙羅洞及香港淡水濕地保育的挑戰與機遇。

Introduction: Sha Lo Tung, one of Hong Kong's key freshwater wetlands, supports rich biodiversity and provides a vital habitat for dragonflies and other insects. With support from CCFS, HKU's SIEW Lab is advancing a conservation vision that integrates ecological preservation with multiple ecosystem services. This symposium brings together academic talks, discussion and field visit, featuring leading Mainland experts sharing best practices in ecological conservation and rural eco-tourism to inform future strategies for Sha Lo Tung.
