Join MZAZA’s talented instrumentalists for a fantastic workshop on Balkan folk music! Bring your weapon of choice, get ready to embrace crazy time signatures, new scales and exotic ornaments, and delve into energising songs from Bulgaria and Macedonia. Musicians who read music and those who learn by ear both welcome. Feel free to record the workshop. Join the band on-stage during the show to perform one of the pieces you learnt.

We invite players of all abilities as we have some easy and more advanced parts.

How-to-videos for guitarists, ukulele players,
