Site Use Request Form: The Arc Community Greenspace
The Arc Community Greenspace is owned by The Arc of Crawford County and is available for use by community groups who are interested in hosting arts, culture, and wellness events for the community-at-large. Located in on Market Street, between Arch Street and Clinton Court, the site is intended to foster inclusion and features a performance stage and other amenities. Adjacent to the site, The Arc parking lot may be used as an overflow area for your event on the weekends.

Events can include outdoor performances, concerts, wellness activities, and other safe and fun activities for all ages. The site cannot be used for political rallies, political organizing, or religious events. Events should be family friendly and free to the public. Alcohol use is discouraged; a permit is required if alcohol is present in the site. The ADA walkway must remain unobstructed. Sidewalk Chalk Art is restricted to adjacent sidewalks and The Arc parking lot. Chalking is not permitted on the walkway.

Event organizers are required to provide the information requested below. Please be aware that organizers are responsible for providing liability insurance, securing any permits that may be required by the City, and for ensuring that the site is 'returned' to us in the same (or better) condition in which you found it at the start of your event.

Once we receive your request it will be reviewed and we will notify you if the site is available as proposed.

Does your organization have liability insurance? Please note that proof of liability insurance is required and must be received no later than 2 weeks before the event occurs. *
Since all events are required to be open to the public-at-large and be fully inclusive, event organizers are asked to provide a draft Press Release for use on Social Media and/or the Meadville Tribune to The Arc at least two weeks in advance of the proposed event. *
Required
If you need assistance with the press release you will need to provide a list of details that you want to promote so we can assist with drafting. *
Will your event require permits? If so, what is needed? Please be aware that you are responsible for securing permits and providing copies of the permits to The Arc two weeks before the event. If permits are required and are not received two weeks in advance sadly you will not be able to proceed with that particular activity. *
Will you need support from The Arc? Please describe the nature of the support needed (access to tables, chairs or easy up shelters, help with set up, etc) *
