If you would like to enroll your child to be matched with a sponsor please complete one form for each child attending Issaquah Valley Elementary during the 2026-2027 school year.  Your child's sponsorship will be based on community volunteer availability and program donations.  You will be notified if we are unable to find a sponsor.
