I am a somatic practitioner trained in the lineage of generative somatics, which incorporates breath and body work to support aliveness, and somatic opening for the sake of safety, dignity and belonging. Somatics moves us toward embodying new ways of being that align our values, longings, and actions.
I am a white queer living on ohlone land/oakland, grounded in the labor movement and the western insight meditation tradition.
