Google Glass - Wearable Computing for Everybody?

[概要 / Abstract]
In this talk I will introduce Google Glass, a wearable computer with an optical head-mounted display. You will get a brief overview about the hardware, functionality and development for Google Glass, followed by brief demonstrations of several sample applications.
In the second part of the talk I will discuss how Glass and similar head mounted computers intersect with the research we perform at Osaka Prefecture University, in particular focusing on cognitive activity recognition.
