Verified Partners: Every RIDE driver and boat captain undergoes a rigorous background check, including license verification and vessel inspection.

Real-Time Tracking: Every trip is GPS-tracked from start to finish. Passengers can share their "Live Trip" status with friends or family with one tap.

Emergency Support: The app features an in-app "SOS" button that connects directly to RIDE dispatch and local emergency services.

Vehicle Standards: Cars must be air-conditioned and well-maintained; boats must be equipped with life jackets for all passengers and meet Port Authority safety standards.

 Pricing: Transparent & Fair

No more haggling at the dock. With RIDE, you know the cost before you go.

Upfront Estimates: Passengers see the exact price before confirming their ride.

Multimodal Rates: Pricing is tailored specifically for land (per mile/minute) and sea (port-to-port flat rates).

Cashless Convenience: Pay securely via the app using a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Local "Cash" options are available but must be selected at the time of booking.

Subscription & Access Options: Instead of a per-trip commission, drivers can choose to pay for "Active Days." During a subscription period, the driver keeps 100% of their fares (minus any third-party credit card processing fees).

No Hidden Fees: What you see in the app is what you pay. Tolls or port entry fees (if applicable) are clearly disclosed.

Platform Usage: Community Guidelines

To keep the RIDE community healthy, we expect professional behavior from everyone.

For Passengers:

Be Ready: Please be at your pickup point (Door or Dock) when the driver arrives.

Respect the Property: Treat the vehicles and vessels with care.

No Smoking/Vaping: All RIDE trips are smoke-free for the comfort of future passengers.

For Drivers & Captains:

The "RIDE" Standard: Professional attire and a clean vehicle/vessel are required.

Communication: Use the in-app chat to coordinate pickups; do not use passenger personal numbers for non-trip purposes.

Accuracy: Only start the "Trip" in the app once the passenger is safely on board.

1. The Relationship

By using the RIDE Partner App, you acknowledge that you are an Independent Contractor. You are not an employee of Silvestri’s Comfort and Quality Goods LLC. You are responsible for your own taxes, fuel, maintenance, and insurance. You have the right to choose when and where you work.

2. Safety and Requirements

To remain active on the RIDE platform, all Drivers and Captains must:

Maintain a valid Driver’s or Captain’s license for the Bay Islands.

Ensure the vehicle or vessel is in excellent mechanical condition and clean.

Maintain active commercial insurance at all times.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any evidence of operating a vehicle or vessel under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

3. The "Door-to-Dock" Standard

Drivers and Captains agree to:

Be professional, punctual, and courteous to all passengers.

Use the GPS tracking provided by the app for every trip.

Follow the designated routes unless a detour is required for safety.

4. Payments and Commissions

Fares: Fares are calculated by the RIDE platform based on distance, time, and service type (Car vs. Boat).

Commission: RIDE will deduct a [e.g., 20%] service fee from the total fare for providing the technology, marketing, and payment processing.

Payouts: Earnings will be transferred to your registered bank account or digital wallet on a [Weekly/Bi-weekly] basis.

Cash Trips: If a "Cash" option is enabled, the driver is responsible for reporting the fare correctly, and the commission will be deducted from their digital balance.

5. Cancellation Policy

Frequent cancellations of accepted rides negatively impact the RIDE community. Excessive cancellations may lead to temporary suspension from the platform.

6. Data Privacy

You agree to keep passenger information (names, phone numbers, drop-off locations) strictly confidential. Sharing passenger data outside of the app is a violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Silvestri’s Comfort and Quality Goods LLC provides the platform but is not liable for accidents, property damage, or personal injury occurring during a trip. Drivers/Captains are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their passengers.
