2018 NCCIA Conference Presenter Request Form
Complete a form for each unique presentation.
You do not have to repeat your personal information, other than name and email, if you are submitting more than one presentation proposal.

Presentation submissions are due by December 8, 2017.
Presentations will be confirmed with a notification to requesters by December 22, 2017. If early acceptance is required and contingent on you being able to go, let us know.

Note that all Presenters must also register and pay for the conference.
Alternatively, if you are presenting through an organization that is sponsoring the conference, contact that conference sponsor to ensure your sponsored registration.
