Registration rates vary along two parameters:

- time of registration (note that inclusion in the program is dependent on payment of registration fees before 30 November 2015)
- full fees versus discount fees (where discount is applicable to TextLink Training School students and participants who do not present a paper)

Of pre-paid registration fees, 50% can be reimbursed if participation is cancelled in writing before 20 December 2015. No reimbursement is possible after that date.
