In order for Veterans Support Services (VSS) to submit your enrollment to the VA you must complete the Request for Certification Form.
The Request for Certification Form must be completed every semester.
Your enrollment certification will be submitted to the VA no later than 30 days after the start of the term or 30 days after the receipt of your form, whichever is later. VSS generally begins submitting certifications 30 days prior to the start of the term. Early submission = early certification.
Important: Your form will not be sent until you click '"Submit" and receive a confirmation.
