Santiago Project by Aluminak (Application Form)
The Santiago Project by ALUMINAK is an eco-art property for cozy co-working + co-living + co-learning space with an unpretentious personal style that welcomes all conscious creative nomads.

We are nestled in the cove of Santiago among rows of resorts, big and small, in the province of Ilocos Sur. Arianna is a corporate quitter and growth-oriented creative and spiritual soul who started ALUMINAK and created The Santiago Project as a prototype in 2019 to escape the cubicle world and support start-ups and build passionate business models centered on sustainability or circular economy. Now, the development has evolved into an inspiring little community where location-independent creative souls share and exchange their skills, cultures, and experiences with each other.

With the amazing help of the Ilocanos, The Santiago Project has become not just a working space. It is now a platform that meets the requirements of traveling creative nomads and art makers and expands their opportunities. In a mixture of relaxed living atmosphere and concentrated working environment surrounded with nature and organic art, we create room between work and privacy in which innovation and creativity of travelers can foster, as they co-work together with the local neighborhood creative-prenurs here.

During the day, the space is a shared creative co-working space and at night, turns into a shared co-living space. A cozy, fun, homey, and creative workspace and heart-centered friendship incubator for our travelers, writers, bloggers, vloggers, nomads, crafters, creators, makers, musicians, artists, artisans, designers, poets, philosophers, meditators, educators, yogis, vegans, tree-huggers, lightworkers, truth seekers, freedom-lovers and anyone else interested in stretching the boundaries of themselves to include trusting strangers. On the weekends, workshops and events are run to cultivate a creative co-learning lifestyle in the community.

Arianna together with Ilocano locals: Zia, Laika, Vlad, Chef Val, Kai, Joeliez, Jennie Vie, Kenneth and the rest of the crew are very hands-on hosts who integrate themselves closely with the co-living community. We are in the platform very regularly to tend to the coworkers, the community, the cats and garden, and plan events. We host small art & craft events, workshops, meetups, healing circles, food and drink tastings, talks, poetry nights, and more here. Co-living members can also host related events here, or participate in our events at a discounted price.

Co-living together with other travelers & locals creative-preneurs who co-work & co-live here, you get to gift yourself this rare opportunity to gather ideas, refine skills, research, experiment, grow and produce new work, at the same time design a new lifestyle that you want. At The Santiago Project, you can dream, incubate, heal and break free your creative ideas with the support of the community and space.
