Transplanting Traditions Community Farm is a unique, dynamic space that we are excited to show you! A 45 minute guided tour will take you throughout the farm and provide an overview of our projects. Tours have a 10-person minimum. If 10 individuals do not sign up or if inclement weather occurs, the tour will be canceled and you will have the option of joining the next scheduled tour. You will be sent a payment link the week of the tour and payment must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the tour. Please note that this form does not guarantee your spot in the tour as tour spots are limited to ensure quality and safety.
