Club Cafe Velo Junior Fund Request
Club Cafe Velo is a 501(c)3 [still IRS pending] and Colorado non-profit committed to using funds received to help junior athletes in cycling and triathlon. If you represent a junior athlete and are in need of financial support for racing and training-related activities, please fill out this form to request funding.

Athletes who receive funds will be required to represent Club Cafe Velo in some manner (part 2 of this application explains this).

Athletes who receive funds will also be required to sign a sportsmanship agreement.

Funds are distributed quarterly per the following schedule:
Q1 - Jan-March. Deadline March 31, decisions made by April 15.
Q2 - April-June. Deadline June 30th, decisions made by July 15.
Q3 -July-September. Deadline Sept 30th, decisions made by October 15.
Q4 - Oct-December, Deadline Oct Dec 31st, decisions made by January 15th.

Terms and Conditions of Funds
If funds are granted, Club Cafe Velo requires certain conditions to be met.

1) Copies of receipts are to be provided to the Club for record keeping purposes within 30 days of use of funds.  (These include but are not limited to race entry fees, hotel, travel expenses, and similar expenses) Dates will be specified in a fund distribution agreement.

2) Any non-used funds are required to be returned to Club Cafe Velo. The date by which funds need to be used will be specified in the fund distribution agreement.

3) Club Cafe Velo will need to be represented by the athlete in some manner. Please indicated below how you will represent Club Cafe Velo in a positive manner.
