LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS
Please agree to the following expectations:
1. Enthusiasm: Be ambassadors of Overflow emotionally and socially, and also be committed to the growth of our church. We ask that Overflow leaders miss no more than 1 Sunday service per 6 weeks. We also ask leaders to be active at The Furnace.
2. Service: Overflow leaders are asked to serve/volunteer in at least one area at Overflow at least once a month.
4. Growth: A commitment to personal growth through our leadership connection points.
-Required Monthly Leadership Gatherings: The first Saturday of every month at 10am.
-Weekly Slack communication. We ask Leaders to engage in a brief digital conversation in the Slack leadership channel every week.
5. Character: Represent Jesus and His Kingdom in a reputable way.
