We are conducting academic and business research into the consumer adoption of Cryptocurrencies for shopping and payments.

The goal of this questionnaire is to learn more about consumer crypto spending segments and behaviors and to be able to forecast the global adoption of bitcoin and crypto in the future. We use a theoretical construct called TAM2 together with other academic and statistical research methodologies.

As sponsors of this initiative we will be asking quite a few questions so there is some stuff we would like to get straight first with you:

1. WE WILL NEVER USE THE DATA COLLECTED IN THIS RESEARCH TO MARKET TO YOU DIRECTLY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. THE DATA COLLECTED HERE WILL BE COMPLETELY ANONYMIZED.

2. WE WILL NEVER DISTRIBUTE OR RESELL ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED HERE  TO ANY THIRD PARTY.

3. THE ONLY USE OF THE DATA COLLECTED IS TO HAVE AGGREGATED INFORMATION ABOUT CONSUMER TRENDS (AS AN EXAMPLE: "ONLY 30% of CRYPTOCONSUMERS ARE INTERESTED IN SHOPPING WITH STABLECOINS").

4. WE WILL PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF OUR RESEARCH TO RAISE AWARENESS AND PROMOTE CRYPTO ADOPTION. WE WILL USE AGGREGATED DATA TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICES AND MAKE SURE WE ARE BUILDING WHAT PEOPLE REALLY NEED.

5. WE ONLY COLLECT EMAILS FOR REWARDING USERS WITH CRYPTOREFILLS POINTS AND AVOIDING PEOPLE FILLING OUT THE FORM MORE THAN ONCE. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH AND FOR INCREASED SECURITY WE EXCHANGE EACH EMAIL ADDRESS COLLECTED WITH AN ALIAS. THIS MEANS PEOPLE ANALYZING THE DATA WILL NEVER HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL ACCOUNT COLLECTED IN THIS FORM.
