Faculty Assignment Request Form
The Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) offers a variety of career-oriented services that may be valuable to your curriculum. To make this process more convenient for you, students can utilize Drop-In Resume Review/Quick Question hours, which are held every Tuesday and Wednesday throughout the semester from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m., or request an appointment. If you require or offer credit to your students to create/update their resumes or visit the CPDC for any of our services, please let us know by completing the form below so we can staff accordingly. Please submit at least two weeks in advance of your proposed class assignment deadline date.

2. All requests must be received a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the requested date of the program and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. For multiple class assignments/requirements, please submit a separate form for each.
