There's been some discussion about Bulky set-up users being oppressive and unhealthy. What are your views on this?

Poison Heal is the main reason the boosters are oppressive.

Victory/Quiver Dance are the factors that lead to bulky boosters being oppressive.

Other status moves (like Substitute and Taunt) are the main contributors to bulky boosters being oppressive.

Terastallizing is the main factor that breaks bulky boosters.

The set-up situation is generally fine and I would not pursue action on any of the above.
