EDHS Extra Class Request Form
This form is to request an extra class be added in the form of our Computer Based Education Platform. Classes can be done from home after 2:35 PM or from our campus, or on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. 

Once a student is entered into the class, they have attendance that will be taken daily based on their work completed and turned into their teacher. The teacher will send them the rules and expectations for the coursework. 

If your student fails to turn in 5 assignments per day per class they may be asked to drop the course. Failure to complete the course results in an F grade on the transcript. The course does not carry over longer than 18 weeks.
