Agreement

1. Services

DJ agrees to provide music entertainment for the event, including DJ performance and sound system

(PA speakers and DJ equipment).

2. Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure the date. Remaining balance is due before or upon setup on the event date. Performance may be delayed or canceled if payment is not received.

3. Overtime

Additional time beyond the agreed end time is billed at $60 per 60 minutes, payable before overtime begins.

4. Cancellation

Client cancellation more than 7 days before the event results in loss of deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be charged up to 100% of the total fee. In the event DJ must cancel due to emergency, any payments made will be refunded.

5. Equipment & Damage

Client is responsible for any damage to DJ equipment caused by guests, including spills, physical interference, or misuse.

6. Safety & Conduct

DJ reserves the right to stop or end performance without refund if conditions become unsafe, including violence, harassment, excessive intoxication directed toward DJ, or interference with equipment.

7. Setup & Access

Client must provide adequate setup time (30–60 minutes) and reliable power access. Delays caused by late access may reduce performance time without refund.

8. Volume & Authority

DJ agrees to comply with venue rules, law enforcement, or university regulations regarding volume or shutdowns. DJ is not responsible for interruptions caused by these factors.

9. Media

DJ may use photos or videos from the event for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
