2 day Retreat Schedules

Please Arrive between 14.00 - 17.00

14:00 - 17:00 - Arrival
18:30 - 19.30 - Chanting and Meditation at the Sun Set beach

Day 1
6:00 - 7:00 - Morning meditation + Chanting at the beach
7:30 - 8:30 - Breakfast
9:30 - 11:30 - Meditation at Sunset Island Retreat
11:30 - 12:30 - Lunch

18:30 - Evening Chanting + Meditation

Day 2
6:00 - 7:00 - Walking meditation at Sunset Island Retreat
7:30 - 8:30 - Breakfast
9:30 - 11:30 - Meditation on the 360° view on the mountain
11:30 - 12:30 - Lunch
13:00 - Departure
Bed Time / Light off at 21.00

Arrival to the Center

By bus from Phuket, take Bus to Ranong or Surat thani. It will be charged around 130 Baht per trip. Ask to get off at Ban Nam Khem bus station (17 km after Khao Lak). Call +66-63-076-7093 for a pick up from bus station to Bann Nam Khem Pier with minimum fee of 4 km. Take taxi boat for 20 Baht to Koh Kho Khao Marina & Pier and get the free pick up at the pier to Sunset Island Retreat. Please arrive 2-5 pm.
By Taxi from Phuket airport to Bann Nam Khem Pier. It will be charged around 2500 Baht per trip. Take taxi boat for 20 Baht to Koh Kho Khao Marina & Pier. Call +66-63-076-7093 for the free pick up at the pier. Please arrive 2-5 pm.
Leave from Star mountain retreat (reception area) at 2 pm. of Day 0 with free pick up cost.

2 days Structured Retreat Costs & Donations

This retreat is funded by participant donations

Single Room, not use A/C, use only fan : 1500 Baht for 3 nights
Single Room, use A/C : 1900 Baht for 3 nights

All include accommodation, breakfast, transportation from Koh Kho Khao Marina & Pier or Star Mountain retreat, free bicycle use, white clothes, activities outside, etc. (No lunch and dinner offering)

House are limited for 15 houses
