Healthy Employee, Mobile and Active” (HEMA) is a 3-year program intended to tackle the high level of physical inactivity in Europe. HEMA is supported and co-funded by the European Commission in the field of Erasmus + program and European Week of Sport. This project is coordinated by the European Federation for Company Sport (EFCS) in association with the European Cyclist Federation, the Chamber of Commerce of Corinth in Greece, the European Platform for Sport and Innovation, the University of Coimbra in Portugal, the Estonian association Kalev, the Finish Club of Tampereen Pyrintö, the Daugavpils municipality in Latvia, the Sport Vlaanderen and the Club des Villes et Territoires Cyclables in France.

The survey is designed to give an overview of the practice of sports and physical exercise at the workplace. It is important that you are truthful in your answers as it will contribute to assess the overall situation of physical activity and mobility in Europe.
