This is the vendor sign up form for Sanaa By Connie Aluoch. 
Date - Saturday 26th August
Venue - Movenpick Hotel, Westlands

FORM NOTES

If you are sharing a booth, both brands have to be indicated on the form. 
If there is only one brand in your booth, you do not need to fill in any details for vendor 2. 

VENDOR NOTES

The total cost per booth is Kshs 20,000. This cost can be shared by 2 brands at Kshs 10,000 each.
Confirmation of a both is upon payment of a 50% deposit of Kshs 10,000.

Deadline of payment is Friday 28th July 2023

Upon receipt of the deposit, all vendors will receive a confirmation email.

All communication regarding the event will be through the email and phone number provided in this vendor registration form.
