Research Proposal Submission Form
This form is to be used for external researchers who wish to conduct research with Hartnell College students and/or employees. It is also required for Hartnell students and employees who are conducting research for external purposes, such as for a graduate thesis or dissertation.  

Please complete all sections of this form. A staff member from the Office of Institutional Research will contact you within two business days to confirm receipt of your request. The turnaround time for the review process will be no more than two weeks. Once approval is granted, the approval to conduct research is for a one-year period.
