• Weekly Check-ins: We will do thorough progress reviews including a physique analysis to monitor your growth and make adjustments. This consists of a 15-20 minute Loom video where I’ll break down your current progressions, check if your training is headed in the right direction, see if your physique is hitting the mark, and discuss how you’re handling everything.
• Training Feedback: Send me regular clips of your training sessions so we can maximize your results. I’ll provide specific feedback on your movements and show you exactly where to improve so you can get the absolute most out of your time in the gym.
• Customised Meal Plan & Macros: I’ll provide a nutrition plan built specifically for your goals and dietary requirements. This ensures you are fuelling your body correctly for the best possible recovery and performance.
