Purpose:
To introduce BJTG to the person of the applicant, their early reasons for interest, and early markers of rightness-of-fit.
There are two components to this pre-interview questionnaire: Responsive Questions and Reflective Questions. The intention of the Responsive Questions is to highlight any potential challenges regarding scheduling, expectations, and values that could create barriers to a successful internship experience. The Reflective Questions give our team a chance to get a sense of who you are and why you might be a good fit for us to consider at BJTG.
Once we have received and reviewed your response, we will be in touch regarding scheduling an in-person formal interview.
