YKG is a girl led grass roots non-profit organization started by four 10 year old girls in 2012.  Soon it grew to 12 girls who were all motivated about making a difference in this world.   YKG mission is rooted in service, advocacy and girl empowerment.

Our five pillars are Honesty, Courage, Sewa, Unity and Humiliy.  We believe in team work and strongly feel that we are stronger together and can make a difference.  Our family is growing and recently we started a second chapter in PA.   We are always excited to have new girls join us who believe in our mission.  

If you are interested, please fill out the application and we look forward to getting to know you.  All applications are due by July 15th, 2023.  All final applicants will be invited for an interview by July 30th, 2022.  Please know there are limited spots and if you can't join this year, we hope to hear from you again next year.

Age 11 and above
Identify as a woman
Self starter
Passionate about our mission.
Can fully commit to the group with 75%  mandatory attendance.  
Have a phone and an email to be able to communicate with the team.
