TWT2019: Session Proposal Form
This year we want to design the programme a bit differently. Over the past few months we have been running events and an online consultation to find out what is most important to stakeholders, volunteers and participants. Based on this information we will curate the programme centrally, designing ‘streams’ of sessions that aim to tackle an issue in a strategic way. We are then reaching out to people and organisations to build this together.

We also want to make this year more participatory than ever before, moving away from a reliance on panel discussions to more creative and inclusive sessions.

If you do have an idea for a session, please fill out the form below. However, it might be that rather than saying yes or no, we ask you to work with others to develop something that fits coherently with the rest of the programme. Unfortunately, we also have many more proposals than we have spaces in the programme, so not everyone who contacts us will be able to be involved.

If you don't have a session proposal but you would like to be involved in a particular topic, please email with information about your interests.

Please send over your proposal as soon as possible. We will no longer accept submissions after 15th July. We might not be able to reply to every submission. Please be patient as we juggle a large number of submissions and ideas.
