In consideration of being permitted to enter and participate in the "saccharine" installation and exhibition, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: The Participant acknowledges that the participation in this event may involve certain risks and hazards and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

Release of Waiver of Liability: The Participant releases and forever discharges the Artist and Owner of the property, its agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages that the participant may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in the event. 

Responsibility for Personal Property: The participant acknowledges that any personal property brought to the event is at their own risk, and the Artist and Owner of the Property is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property. 

Compliance with Rules: The Participant agrees to comply with all rules and instructions provided by the Artist and the "saccharine" event representatives during the event.
