Mentor Onboarding Form for Law Firm Ready

Law Firm Ready is a mentoring initiative which aims to create a bridge for law students aspiring to explore various avenues including joining a law firm, in house counsels, litigation after their law school and other new career avenues. Previously over 120+ mentors from our team have mentored 550 (15+ batches) of mentees across law schools which included mentorship on CVs, Cover Letters, Internships and Career Guidance.

Our Mentors range from an A0 level to a partner level and various lawyers across law firms including AZB, KCO, SAM, CAM, Sarraf, Trilegal have already volunteered for this program. In the last few batches, our mentors have expanded to being litigators, founder of ADR organisations, members of tech policy groups, climate change experts and human rights lawyers.

We hope to bridge the gaps between various law schools in terms of opportunities available and this platform is an idea which aims to democratize the space to know about the careers in law.

As a mentor, you will be paired with a law student for one month/six weeks, and you can communicate via text/ mail as per your wish. The total expectation for a mentor in one month/six weeks programme is 6/7 hours in total.
