The listed email representing the families with the highest number of days needed each week will receive an invitation to complete the admission process from JagCare's Program Director. Duplicate admission applications, including applications using separate email addresses for the same student, will not be accepted.
Completion of the admission process includes the signing and submission of the sent Summer JagCare Enrollment Agreement to JagCare Director prior to an assigned deadline. Completion of the admission process will secure your student(s) admission into the Summer JagCare 2025 program. Students will not be permitted to attend Summer JagCare until the enrollment process is complete.
Completion of the enrollment process will permit students to attend Summer JagCare. The enrollment process includes the completion, submission and director-approval of required enrollment paperwork prior to an assigned deadline.
Admission opportunities will be awarded based on need, and then on a first come, first serve basis. In the interest of maximizing JagCare's limited program capacity, families seeking four (4) or more days of care each week will be awarded admission opportunities first. Families seeking to enroll their student(s) for three (3) days or less each week, will be awarded admission opportunities based on space available on a first come, first served basis.
When JagCare has received the maximum number of enrolled students, a waitlist will be created. The waitlist will be in numerical order. Families will be assigned a waitlist number for each student listed on the admission application. Waitlist numbers will be assigned in the order in which a signed Summer JagCare Enrollment Agreement is submitted to JagCare Director.
*Families who initially seek four (4) or more days of care each week who fail to sign up for four (4) or more days of care each week will forfeit their student's admission into Summer JagCare 2025.
