Please complete this form to request your current Cape Elizabeth High School transcript. This form is for current CEHS students. Transcripts can be emailed or picked up in person at CEHS.*

* Please note that the options may change during Summer session. For rising seniors, Grade 12 transcripts will be available on September 11th for pickup in the Guidance Office.

Please note that official transcripts need to be sent from CEHS to the institution in order to be considered official. Please consider this when requesting a transcript for a third party, as most require an institution-to-institution delivery.

Transcripts can take 2-5 school days to process. During the summer recess, transcript requests are processed once a week but only for exceptions that cannot wait until the next school year.
