The Fun Fundraiser - plan and help implement fundraisers for Inner Ground, including in-person events/parties as well as online efforts like Giving Tuesday.

The Individual Donor Cultivator - help identify and build relationships with potential donors.

The Grant Maker - Lead the charge in securing grant funding for Inner Ground’s programs.

The Marketing Maven - help refine the implicit promise of what Inner Ground offers people, the audience we serve, and develops clear language to apply to creative marketing opportunities

The Entrepreneurial/Creative Program Mind - bring an entrepreneurial spirit to evolving current programming and developing new programming

The Revenue Keeper - handle the financial business for Inner Ground.
