Game titles for Surfatron
This "survey" is for your company/you to submit a title, genrer and review of your game. Which we wish to include as a little gimmick in our upcoming game, Surfatron.

The title of your game *
Anything above 20 characters will be smaller and maybe two lines. There is a maximum of 45 characters.
Genrers (and year of launch) *
Sample: "Action, Romance, Horror | 2006". Year of launch is optional. If your game is not released yet, you can write a future year if you dare, we don't mind.
Reviewer statement *
The review statement can be anything from something you made up, to a user review on your store page. We would be happy to see actual statements from places such as Rock Paper Shotgun, Giant Bomb or other. However, if you make the statement up, please refrain from referencing a real review site.
Review score
Any review site that has given you a score. IGN and similar. If you don't have a score from somewhere, you could just make one up? We will do some quality control on this. You won't see a too many game titles in Surfatron with a score of 100.
Game Web Page
The Idea with the game web page is to try and provide some actual traffic and cross promotion value. The website of the game would be much prefered. This should ideally not be a store page. If you want a store page link it needs to be a redirection-link that handles users on android and iOS properly.
