Hi there! We appreciate your interest in our Therapy Dog Training Program! This form is designed to gather insights about you and your pup, aiding us in assessing their temperament and determining the ideal training path—whether that's group classes or personalized 1:1 private training sessions.

Once you've filled out this form, it'll be reviewed by one of our trainers. If we believe your dog has the right temperament for therapy dog work, we'll send you the enrollment details for next class with open availability!

Therapy Dogs are defined as pet dogs that volunteer at schools, hospitals, assisted living centers and more. A Therapy Dog's main job is to bring joy and comfort to a group of people and are only allowed in facilities that they are invited into. Therapy dogs are not Service Dogs meaning upon certification you cannot bring them into grocery stores, malls, movie theaters, etc. By checking yes, you agree that you understand the definition of a therapy dog and will not misrepresent your dog as a service dog by taking them into non pet friendly places.  *
Alliance of Therapy Dogs, the certification organization we use, requires all members to complete a volunteer therapy dog visit at least 1 time every three months. Are you able and willing to meet the criteria?  *
