My Journey to Mental Health
eirḗnē (from eirō, "to join, tie together into a whole") wholeness, i.e. when all essential parts are joined together; peace.

An estimated 26.2 percent of Americans ages 18 and older or about one in four adults suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year. On average, there are 117 suicides per day. To struggle toward mental health and wholeness is a common human endeavor, requiring courage, connection, and vulnerability. Your story is important. You may find your own struggle mirrored in the story of another. When we reconnect our disparate parts toward wholeness, both within ourselves and with others, we may find our stories sacred. Laughter is Sacred Space is Ted's story of loss and grief after his closest friend/creative partner's suicide. It is his true account of struggling with God, with himself, for identity, hope, and new life. What's yours?
