Christmas at the Farm
 This Application is for the 2026 Christmas at the Tree Farm Vendor Event for JG Promotions. This event requires you to bring your own table and chairs.  NO REFUNDS or SWITCHING BETWEEN SHOWS $50 per space for 2 days!
  • Spaces are a first come first serve basis as types of products sold is limited (we want to reduce the number of duplicate products so this can be successful for everyone).  We reserve the right to have you take down items that are not listed and/or allowed to be sold.  
  • You will receive a copy of this agreement via email. If your products listed are accepted to the event, an invoice will be sent to you via email and Payment is REQUIRED within 24 hours NO EXCEPTIONS, if Payment not received in 24 hours we will move onto the next crafter with the same product.
  • We require that at a MINIMUM you share all events to your personal page/business page etc within the week leading up to your scheduled event. We appreciate sharing prior to that week & Thank You for doing that.
  • If you no call/no show for any event you will be removed from the group AND you FORFEIT all remaining shows & fess paid. If something comes up we ask that you be respectful of the time we all put into these shows and just let us know that you can't make it. We work hard to make sure every spot is filled.
  • We will be communicating via email from jgeventsforvendors@gmail.com as well as in the facebook group with event info. Email will come 1 month prior to the event and then again the week before.
  • JG Promotions hosts NON SMOKING events, this includes outdoor events. Venues generally have a dedicated spot for smoking, please adhere to what they provide. For Outdoor events an area will be be identified for smoking. There is NO SMOKING in the vendor space.

Early tear down is not allowed. You must stay for the entire event. If you tear down early you forfeit the remaining weeks you have signed up for. *
