Coaches...use this form to request the reschedule of HOME GAMES ONLY. Make sure you complete all required fields on this form or we will not be able to process your request. Please be accurate or your request may be denied. Requests will be processed in the order they are received.

You will receive an official confirmation email within 24-48 hours of your request. DO NOT ASSUME your game can be played at the location, date and time you request until you receive this confirmation email. If you have not received confirmation within 2 days please contact our referee administrator.

If you coach 6U you do not require a referee and therefore do not need to submit a change request through this website. You only need coordinate a date/time that works for both coaches. Note that our Playground program meets Sunday afternoons from 2:00 - 3:00 PM and we need all available 6U fields for scrimmages. Please do not schedule a 6U makeup game at Kidsgrove during that time.
