Are you ready to make a real difference? 🙌 As a Volunteer Mentor, you'll be paired with incredible young people seeking asylum or refugees, working together at our vibrant market stalls across London & Brighton and Hove! 🌍🛒

You'll spend a few hours each week and on weekends supporting them at the stalls, plus lead 1:1 mentoring sessions focused on boosting their job skills and career development💼✍️. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back with full training and ongoing support! 🎓🤝

What is your availability like?
 *
Markets run between 10am and 4pm and it's a good time to drop by and support your mentee for an hour or two, or you can plan a 121 catch up before or after their market stint. Therefore we try to match mentees with mentors who are available on their market day. During the week we also run evening training sessions that we occasionally require mentors to attend for example the interview practice session.
